Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, non-custom items. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Custom items may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

All content, designs, images, and branding on our website and products belong to Mallpop3D unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reuse, modify, or sell our content or designs without our written permission.

Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy – Mallpop3D

At Mallpop3D, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns must be initiated within this 14-day period to be eligible.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all original tags and packaging. Items with visible damage, stains, wear, or odors will not be accepted for return. Custom or personalized items (e.g., special color options or name tags) are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

We accept returns for the following reasons: you received the wrong item, the product arrived defective or damaged (not due to customer misuse), or you changed your mind, and the item is still in perfect, resalable condition.

To initiate a return, email us at mallpop3d@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided in our response. Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
